Creating an iLabSolutions Account
Sign up for iLab Account
- Complete the account sign-up form by clicking the "Register!" button below. (If you already have a DFCI iLab Account, you do not need to register again)
- You will receive an email with account information and basic instructions to get started using the system once your account has been approved.
To Request Access to the Core
Using your login credentials, you can gain access to the Mass Cytometry schedule.

- Navigate to the iLabs core page
- Login at the upper right hand of the page and login.
- Go to “Core Facilities” on the left hand side of the page and select ‘Longwood Medical Area Mass Cytometry”
- Click the "submit" button to request access to the facility.
- Payment information is required prior to scheduling time. Please see below for internal and external requirements.

Payment Information for Internal Researchers
After creating your iLab account and requesting access to the CyTOF Core page, you must contact your financial administrator to add the appropriate project codes to your account. You will not be able to reserve time until a project code has been added.
Core Access for External Researchers
We are happy announce that external researchers may now access the CyTOF Core in Mayer 309. Please follow the external researcher workflow below:
1. Note that you will need a new Purchase Order on file with the core prior to scheduling.
2. All researchers are required to wear masks at all times while onsite in public and patient areas, regardless of vaccination status.

Badge Access for External Researchers
DFCI employees have automatic access to the third floor for the Mayer building. If you are an external user, access can be added to your institutional ID or you will be provided access via a mobile app. To gain access, please complete the following steps:
1. Review the Fire Response Plan.
2. Fill out and sign the Access Request Form.
3. Please email the filled out form, as well as images of the front and back of your ID card to Suzan Lazo.
